The purpose of Bundled Builder Solutions is to create and execute an effective jobsite organization solution for production home builders resulting in positive financial reward. The following model presents a simple yet comprehensive look at the key factors that make up Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc’s “organizational effectiveness cycle.” This model is used in communicating the vision and expectations of the company to employees. A clockwise review makes the connections easy to grasp and helps each team member identify the “what and the why” behind the “how” of their roles.
Based on our mission of creating and executing an effective jobsite solution, we developed a vision of “effective execution through effective communication” upon which our strategy is based. This model will become an effective means of inspiring and guiding the team to success in their roles at Bundled Builder Solutions, Inc.
Taking a look at the model above, Vision and Strategy connect to the Results, as shown by the dashed line across the cycle. Processes, Structure, and Systems are designed to carry out the strategy and are directly connected to the Customer and Other Stakeholders. Based on those processes, structure, and systems, we have a culture that is in alignment with them and our values. The solid line from Culture to Mission and Values demonstrates that this connection must be solid. A misalignment with mission and values is much harder to fix than “process” issues. Based on our culture of behavior, we get results that achieve a percentage of our ideal in meeting the needs of our customers and other stakeholders. Normal businesses have a “gap” here which should be small enough to celebrate but still large enough to spur greater goals to come closer to the ideal. With an effective and guiding communicaiton model like this, more successful and stronger relationships are supported.
